At chrexoghitux, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our photography services and products. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for various aspects of our services.
Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services or purchasing any products. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Return Policy.
2. Photography Services
2.1 Booking Deposits
To secure a photography session with us, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee. The deposit serves to reserve your date and time and covers our preparation work. Deposits are non-refundable under the following conditions:
- Client cancellation for any reason
- Failure to appear for the scheduled session
- Significant client-initiated changes to the scope of work after booking
2.2 Session Cancellations and Rescheduling
Our cancellation and refund policy for the remaining balance (excluding the non-refundable deposit) is as follows:
- Cancellations more than 14 days before the session: Full refund of any payments made beyond the deposit
- Cancellations 7-14 days before the session: 50% refund of any payments made beyond the deposit
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the session: No refund
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to our availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.
2.3 Exceptions for Adverse Conditions
In the event of severe weather conditions, illness, or other circumstances beyond your control that prevent the session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule the session at no additional cost. Documentation may be required in certain cases.
3. Digital Products
3.1 Digital Image Files
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital image files are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered to you. However, we offer the following quality assurance:
- If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your digital files within 30 days of delivery, we will assist you in resolving the issue or provide replacement files at no additional cost.
- If you identify significant technical defects in the images (such as severe pixelation, incorrect resolution, or corruption) that were not apparent in the previews, we will address these issues at no additional cost if reported within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Creative Differences
We make every effort to understand your expectations and deliver images that align with our signature black and white style as showcased in our portfolio. However, refunds are not available for:
- Subjective preferences regarding artistic style, composition, or editing choices
- Dissatisfaction with personal appearance in images
- Expectations that deviate from the style presented in our portfolio
4. Physical Products
4.1 Prints and Wall Art
For physical prints, framed artwork, and other tangible products:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
- Returns for Other Reasons: Custom-made products (including prints, frames, and albums) are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: For items returned due to damage or defects, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement.
4.2 Photo Albums and Books
All photo albums and books are custom-designed and manufactured to your specifications:
- Approval Process: You will receive a digital proof for approval before production. Any changes must be requested at this stage.
- Production Errors: If the final product contains production errors (such as printing defects, binding issues, or material flaws), we will replace the item at no additional cost if reported within 14 days of receipt.
- Design Changes After Approval: Once you have approved the design, any requested changes will incur additional design and production fees.
5. Additional Services
5.1 Retouching and Editing
For additional retouching or editing services purchased separately:
- We provide one round of revisions for retouching services at no additional cost if requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Subsequent revisions or changes requested after approval will incur additional charges.
- Once you have approved the final retouched images, no refunds will be provided.
5.2 Rush Services
Expedited or rush processing fees are non-refundable once the work has begun, even if the final delivery timeframe is not met due to factors beyond our control.
6. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for our photography services:
- Are non-refundable once purchased
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- May be transferred to another person with written notice to us

We will respond to your request within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase or booking will apply to that transaction.
